Girls Support Group Paper Topics
Girls Support Group Paper TopicsYou may have heard of the SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Appropriate, Relevant, Timelier, and Timely) being used to define MSW (Mechanical Swimming Technique) for girls. A problem that has been present in the paper topic area has been the lack of specificity. Even though MSW can be used for many different things, it can still be very specific and does not always fit within the limited definition of the goal. It may be stated that this could cause too much ambiguity in the creation of paper topics.A solution to this problem is to incorporate the goal into the MSW paper topic. There is a different goal that should be stated within the paper topic and should use a category that will allow it to be more general. This goal should also include the topics that could be used to support it. Some of these topics could be: What is MSW? Is MSW a part of my girls swimming training curriculum?A survey should be sent out to the student pool asking the above menti oned questions. A guide will be given out so that students can write a topic that is both general and specific.MSC (Mechanical Swimming Technique Curriculum) papers should be designed with this general goal in mind. All MSC should be changed so that the general goal has been added as a separate category within the paper topic. Some instructors want to avoid using the goals and instead focus on the SMARTs. MSC for girls should use SMART. The SMARTs could be a combination of the SMART goals and any other specific elements that the instructors feel is necessary to support the goal. The MSC could then be written to contain the SMARTs.Students must come up with topics that meet all three of the requirements. It is important that the topic is centered around one of the SMART goals that is appropriate for the age of the student. These goals could be anything from learning to swim or preparing the student for competition. As long as the topic involves these goals, it is not necessary to ment ion specific things that could be done at practice. After all of the unique questions have been answered, teachers can go back and get ready for the paper topic. They can then ask students questions to make sure they are aware of the possible answers.MSW paper topics will be able to be used to help students focus their paper topics for the girls support group. The idea should be to use a unique goal and then match it to the ability of the topic to support the goal. There are many different goals that can be used, but the students should focus on the ones that directly support the goal and that are specific to what the girls should be learning.
